Where are they best seen?
The council recommends the left bank of the estuary, between Calle Navarra and Paseo de Uribitarte. Plaza Arriaga, El Arenal, Plaza Ernesto Erkoreka, Campo Volantín, Parque Etxebarria and the stretch of Uribitarte between Zubizuri and the Guggenheim are also suggested.
The Arenal, City Hall and Zubizuri bridges offer poorer visibility, especially for low-level effects. If weather forces a session to be cancelled, the council will announce it through its official channels and alert systems.
